These terms cover your use of the Folren website. Folren is not yet available for purchase; separate terms for the app and paid plans will be published before paid access opens.
Before launch
This website describes Folren and its current capabilities. Features, connections and plans may change before and after launch. Items marked "Coming soon" are plans, not commitments, and have no promised date. Price plans will be announced separately.
Using this website
- You may browse and share links to these pages.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in ways it is not meant to be accessed, or use it to break the law.
- Product demonstrations on this site are illustrative. The editor demonstration runs in your browser and makes no AI request.
Connected services
Folren works with services you connect yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and ElevenLabs. Your use of them is governed by your agreements with those providers, including their usage limits and charges. Folren does not include their subscriptions. Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini and ElevenLabs are trademarks of their owners; naming them describes compatibility and does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Your videos and their content
- You own the videos you make with Folren, together with any rights the people and services you use grant to you.
- You are responsible for what you publish. Check facts, and check that you may use every picture, clip, voice and piece of music, including any credits or licence terms. An image being online, or listed in Folren's credits, does not by itself give permission to reuse it.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you publish on, including YouTube's policies on content and disclosure.
Folren's materials
The Folren name, logo, website text and design belong to Folren. Historical photographs shown on this site are in the public domain and credited where they appear.
No guarantees
The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not promise it is complete, error-free or always available. Folren does not promise any number of views, subscribers, income or monetization from videos you make.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date they take effect at the top of this page.
